How does BuzzBox reduce fumes generated from the 3D printing process?
> BuzzBox contains a simple air filtering system that can operate passively or actively. In both methods, carbon activated filters are used to extract and contain most of the fumes generated, especially ABS plastic fumes. The passive system allows operates by letting the heat generated from the printing process by drawing air through the inlet filter, located on the right side, through to the outlet filter, located on top. An active system utilizes a 120mm low speed fan to assist the filtering process and guide the fumes to the filter, this can be more effective than the passive approach. Both passive and active methods are shown in our promotional literature.
How does BuzzBox reduce part warpage?
> Since BuzzBox is fully enclosed, it reduces or in most cases, eliminates ambient air drafts that can cause part warpage. The enclosure also contains the heat generated from the printing process to form a near consistent temperature environment. Since many factors contribute to part warpage, you may have to adjust or calibrate your machine to achieve satisfactory results.
